I can’t believe I’ve been running Biscuits By Sarah B for 10 years in April 2025! Many thanks to all my amazing supporters, friends and family!
I’ve RE-BRANDED to celebrate my 10th Business Birthday and had a PARTY on Friday 25th April 2025 – wahoo! I even had a glowing write-up in the Bournemouth Echo.
Working from my Cookie Shack, at the top of my garden in Pokesdown, I enjoy designing different sets of bespoke biscuits as people challenge me with a ‘theme’. So far, I have been able to adapt my cookie cutters and imagination to satisfy even the most obscure request.
I run classes at my Cookie Shack and at the HUB on the Heath Cafe, Canford Heath. I love co-hosting birthday parties for your loved ones and attending community events. Please don’t hesitate in messaging me in regards to any Biscuity request.

Sarah facilitated a custom bookish galentines day biscuit decorating session for my book club on 13th February. Sarah came with all the equipment we could possibly need, and then some! We had a fantastic time as a group and it was the perfect opportunity to get to know each other more but still have an activity to center around.Sarah is friendly and bubbly and made us all feel at ease. We had Sarah come to my daughters 7th Bday to complete biscuit decorating it was the best party we have done; easy and stress free; the kids were engrossed with the demonstrations and concentrated extremely hard to decorate their own biscuits which they got to take home.Sarah was professional and the kids have all since said how much they enjoyed the party.The adults equally enjoyed the party and we booked another decorating party for the adults to celebrate and upcoming 40th bday.Massive thankyou to Sarah
We have been attending Sarah's biscuit classes with my little girl for at least 5 years and I can't believe I haven't left a review yet! She also hosted my 30th birthday party and made bridesmaid proposal biscuits (not that the wedding went ahead but the biscuits were fantastic), we've also had thank you teacher biscuits and she's been involved with the school and with MyTime a charity which supports my daughter. Biscuits arrived in a lovely package. Presentation was great. Biscuits were beautifully made and decorations included were all very well presented also. My son really enjoyed making his gingerbread house provided by Biscuits by Sarah B. Would definitely recommend and also use in future if needed to
Sarah’s biscuits are super yummy, the Christmas kits are great and the videos to advise decorating and assembly are clear and easy for kids to use unsupervised. We have used Sarah several times now for parties and ordered her kits and will continue to do so.
We had the mini biscuit kit to make a gingerbread house for Christmas. My daughter really enjoyed this activity, the pieces went (and held) together really well and although initially she didn’t want to spoil her creation they also tasted really yummy!
My son had an absolute blast building his gingerbread house! The instructions were fantastic and he was able to use his creativity to decorate his house after building - thank you for such a memorable experience! X
My daughter REALLY enjoyed making her mini gingerbread house, it was a fabby little kit with everything she needed!
Sarah provided a lovely box to “Build your own biscuit house” This came with everything you needed apart from the kitchen sink! They were fun to make and judging by how long the end result lasted, also very delicious!

Well you get the tasty home baked biscuits to decorate - these are delicious 😋 the icing is the perfect consistency so easy to use, premium additional decorations and glitter. The instructions are clear so you pick up the techniques quickly and there is laughter, lots of laughter, fun and and a lovely community feel to all of Sarah's classes. If you haven't had the chance to try a class book now you won't regret it.Sarah also creates beautiful bespoke biscuits for your special events so if you are not creative Sarah can take care of any biscuity requests ❣️

I had the pleasure of purchasing some "Thank You Teacher" biscuits that Sarah made for my daughter to give to her teacher at the end of term. Sarah's creativity shone through as she decorated them with lovely icing and packaged the biscuits in a box complete with a clear label. It's evident that Sarah put a lot of thought and effort into making these biscuits, and I would buy from her in the future.

Sarah ran a biscuit workshop for some of the children that we support at Diverse Abilities. We all had a fantastic time, Sarah was great at tailoring the workshop to their level and all of our children engaged in the activity. Sarah ran the most FANTASTIC Biscuit Hour party for my daughter's 9th birthday. We held the party at home with 8 children and the girls absolutely loved it! They were all fully engaged in the biscuit decorating and the designs they created looked so professional... plus the biscuits were truly scrumptious to eat! We couldn't believe how stress-free the party was - my husband and I sat down in the other room having a coffee and chill! Highly recommended 🙂
I’ve had these biscuits before at a children’s party and they are delicious. Sometimes things look great but don’t taste great but these do both perfectly!! Highly recommend Sarah, but book her in in advance as she’s so popular. X
Have attended 2 biscuit workshops with Sarah and both have been fab. Found Sarah on an event site while looking for things to do with my girl for mothers day and signed up as the biscuits looked amazing and like something my daughter would love to do. Naturally, we were running late and frantic but Sarah was very calm and understanding. She allowed us to collect ourselves before getting started. I believe she said she was a teacher and that truly shows as she patiently and attentively taught an ever growing group of parents and children how to decorate these biscuits without making anyone feel left out.To speak of her character, Sarah was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a sweeter person to guide us in our sweets decorating. The activity was just as lovely and this is something we will definitely be doing again! (also, I desperately want to order about 30 of her biscuits and not share with anyone!)
Sarah’s classes are so fun, relaxed and the biscuits taste amazing! I found Sarah in 2018 when I took my daughter to an under 5 mini make and bake class. Since then I’ve done classes with friends, adult and child classes with my children and I even took my husband along to a Christmas advent calendar class! We decorated advent biscuits for our children’s advent calendars which made a great date night! Sarah also hosted a biscuit decorating party for my daughter’s birthday with 14 of their friends she also created beautiful personalised biscuits for every child to take home with them . During lockdown we really looked forward to Sarah’s D.I.Y kits. They’re so much fun for all the family to get involved with. I’ve ordered many times with Sarah for different occasions and her biscuits are beautiful every time 🥰

I have been to many biscuit decorating classes and events of hers over the years as well as having my own biscuit decorating birthday party with her a few years ago. She designed a set of biscuits just to my requirements and we all had the best time decorating them. Not only are the biscuits super fun to decorate, they taste amazing too!
We found out that my son had an intolerance to Gluten and had to come to terms with missing out on things that he was able to do before. After telling Sarah that we wouldn't be able to attend her Christmas biscuit decorating event due to his intolerance the awesome Sarah decided to create a Gluten Free session.I surprised my son with the class and he was so so happy that he could continue to decorate biscuits with Sarah.My son had so much fun at the Christmas decorating session. Sarah is a great teacher and has a lot of patients with children, but also puts parents at ease with allowing the children to express themselves and have fun with how they want to decorate.I can't recommend Sarah's decorating sessions highly enough.

I’ve been lucky enough to have been to a few of Sarah’s biscuit decorating evenings at The Hub on the Heath, and I can honestly say that every time I have had the best time! Sarah is amazing and is great at what she does ⭐️ Can’t wait for the next one 😀

Sarah ran a biscuit workshop for some of the children that we support at Diverse Abilities. We all had a fantastic time, Sarah was great at tailoring the workshop to their level and all of our children engaged in the activity. It was truly wonderful and we can’t wait to have Sarah back with us again soon.

Sarah provided biscuit decorating as an activity for the children at my 40th birthday party. It was such a hit, not only with all the children but with the adults too! Sarah ran the most FANTASTIC Biscuit Hour party for my daughter's 9th birthday. We held the party at home with 8 children and the girls absolutely loved it! They were all fully engaged in the biscuit decorating and the designs they created looked so professional... plus the biscuits were truly scrumptious to eat! We couldn't believe how stress-free the party was - my husband and I sat down in the other room having a coffee and chill! Highly recommended 🙂
I’ve had these biscuits before at a children’s party and they are delicious. Sometimes things look great but don’t taste great but these do both perfectly!! Highly recommend Sarah, but book her in in advance as she’s so popular. X
Have attended 2 biscuit workshops with Sarah and both have been fab. My children absolutely loved both the Halloween and Christmas biscuit decorating and are looking forward to doing more in 2024.Also ordered lots of lovely biscuits as Christmas presents and they went down a treat. Very yummy and looked the biz!

Found Sarah on an event site while looking for things to do with my girl for mothers day and signed up as the biscuits looked amazing and like something my daughter would love to do. Naturally, we were running late and frantic but Sarah was very calm and understanding. She allowed us to collect ourselves before getting started. I believe she said she was a teacher and that truly shows as she patiently and attentively taught an ever growing group of parents and children how to decorate these biscuits without making anyone feel left out.To speak of her character, Sarah was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a sweeter person to guide us in our sweets decorating. The activity was just as lovely and this is something we will definitely be doing again! (also, I desperately want to order about 30 of her biscuits and not share with anyone!)
Sarah’s classes are so fun, relaxed and the biscuits taste amazing! I found Sarah in 2018 when I took my daughter to an under 5 mini make and bake class. Since then I’ve done classes with friends, adult and child classes with my children and I even took my husband along to a Christmas advent calendar class! We decorated advent biscuits for our children’s advent calendars which made a great date night! Sarah also hosted a biscuit decorating party for my daughter’s birthday with 14 of their friends she also created beautiful personalised biscuits for every child to take home with them . During lockdown we really looked forward to Sarah’s D.I.Y kits. They’re so much fun for all the family to get involved with. I’ve ordered many times with Sarah for different occasions and her biscuits are beautiful every time 🥰
Sarah’s class was amazing….so much fun, so relaxed. She’s so helpful and patient. It was great fun and delicious all at the same time!! I ended up with some great looking biscuits, despite usually being a disaster in the kitchen…all the hints and tips are great…!

Sarah is amazing and her biscuits are THE best. I have been to many biscuit decorating classes and events of hers over the years as well as having my own biscuit decorating birthday party with her a few years ago. She designed a set of biscuits just to my requirements and we all had the best time decorating them. Not only are the biscuits super fun to decorate, they taste amazing too!
We found out that my son had an intolerance to Gluten and had to come to terms with missing out on things that he was able to do before. After telling Sarah that we wouldn't be able to attend her Christmas biscuit decorating event due to his intolerance the awesome Sarah decided to create a Gluten Free session.I surprised my son with the class and he was so so happy that he could continue to decorate biscuits with Sarah.My son had so much fun at the Christmas decorating session. Sarah is a great teacher and has a lot of patients with children, but also puts parents at ease with allowing the children to express themselves and have fun with how they want to decorate.I can't recommend Sarah's decorating sessions highly enough.
