Christmas Cookies at Bobby’s, Bournemouth ~ Gluten-free & Vegan!

It’s the start of the Christmas Holidays so why not head into Bournemouth Town and have fun decorating 6 mini biscuits using royal icing. We will be in The Alcove of Bobby’s Emporium on the Lower Garden Floor. Arrive through The Tunnel which leads into Bobby’s Emporium via the Bournemouth Lower Gardens or via steps/lift of Bobby’s main entrance in The Square.

As it’s just 3 days until Christmas Day, I’ll be providing hot drinks and mulled wine with donations going to Michael House, a charity that provides accommodation to vulnerable homeless people with pets in Boscombe. Alternatively, Bobby’s Parlour will be open for refreshments on the Ground Floor.

This 1 hour session will start with a demonstration from expert biscuit decorator, Sarah B. You will then use your own royal icing bag to try different piping skills. Using pre-mixed and coloured royal icing, you will then outline and flood (this will make sense!) 6 pre-baked mini biscuits and learn how to add details, using different techniques.

Everything is provided for you, including the box to take your creations home in.

These sessions are aimed at everyone aged 5 years – adult. 5 and 6 year olds may require a little help from an adult so please book yourself a place as well.
