Have-a-go at Spooktacular Biscuit Decorating
This half term, let the kids loose on some spooky biscuit decorating AND raise money for a good cause. Sarah B is offering short 10 minute ‘have-a-go’ slots at Darcy’s Bar & Kitchen.
We are suggesting a £5 cash donation for Billy’s Legacy Fund. More information below.
To help us plan for the session, please ‘purchase’ a ticket so we know how many people will be attending. Please be aware that once we have run out of biscuits/icing, we will have to stop the activity! You are more than welcome to donate still.
Sarah B and ‘Mini-Me’ (her daughter!) will be on hand with delicious baked biscuits, royal icing and sprinkles so children (and adults) can decorate up to 3 spooky-shaped biscuits.

Billy’s Legacy Fund was created to give young people opportunities they might otherwise miss out on – whether due to financial barriers, lack of equipment, or access to activities.
Billy had a huge love for sport and music, especially football. Over the past two years, the money raised through the fund has been used to support our local community and even reach across the world to a school in Cambodia, where donations helped provide uniforms, books, school bags, and even renovate a music room – now proudly know as “Billy’s Music Room.”

If we can give opportunities to young people, they may make the right decisions when faced with choices later in life – unlike the two people who destroyed Billy, who made horrendous choices without caring about the consequences. If we can positively impact even one young life, it will be a true tribute to Billy.”
This Halloween, we’re raising funds to sponsor and provide sports kits or equipment for young people who need a little help to try a new sport, class or activity.
Every sweet treat you buy from Darcy’s or biscuit decorating donation helps us keep Billy’s legacy alive and change young lives for the better.
