Do you want to try your hand at decorating biscuits with royal icing?
This technical class will start with a demonstration from expert biscuit decorator, Sarah B whilst you enjoy homemade cake (from a local baker), a drink and ask questions. You will then use your own royal icing bag to try different piping skills.
Using pre-mixed and coloured royal icing, you will then outline and flood, 5 pre-baked biscuits and learn how to add simple details, using different techniques. You will have access to professional equipment, such as dehydrators to speed up the drying process. Sarah B will also demonstrate how to colour and mix royal icing for different consistencies and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions as class size is capped at 6.
